When providing your photo and information, please note the following:
1. Photos that do not comply with the Advertising and Production Guidelines cannot be published.
2. Photos taken in restricted areas (e.g., factory areas) must comply with applicable rules, be pre-approved for shooting, and be taken only with company-approved devices.
3. Involving illegally modified vehicles or content that the organizer considers inappropriate or against public order and morals may be excluded.
4. If other people appear in your photo, please ensure you have obtained their permission before submitting.
5. Submitted photos may be edited or cropped for publication purposes.
6. The submitted information may be used for internal and external communications.
7. Your email address will be used after publication to deliver the KANDO Snap high-resolution digital wallpapers. Please provide your email address if you wish to receive them.

【Handling of Customers' Personal Information】

Submission Guidelines: Photo Call for “KANDO Snap”

1. Purpose and Program Name
Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (here in after referred to as “YMC”) is conducting a program to invite submissions of photos and related content (including images and written descriptions, here in after referred to as “submissions”) from employees of YMC and its group companies, under the theme “KANDO Snap”. Selected submissions will be shared acrossYMC’s global organization (hereinafter referred to as “the Program ”).

2. Organizer
The organizer of this Program is YMC.

3. Submission Period
June 1, 2026 – June 19, 2026

4. Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
1. Be an employee of YMC or one of its group companies at the time of submission
2. Agree to these terms and conditions
3. As a general rule, the submitted photo must be taken by the applicant themselves

6. Content Guidelines (Prohibited Content)
Submissions must not contain, or be likely to contain, any of the following:
1. Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties
2. Content that includes defamation, discrimination, libel, obscene or violent expressions, or harassment toward third parties
3. Content that violates laws or public order and morals
4. Content primarily intended for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation
5. Content that excessively includes personally identifiable information (such as addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses)
6. Content taken or posted in violation of rules at the shooting location (e.g., photos taken in restricted areas)
7. Any other content that the company deem inappropriate

7. Inclusion of Third Parties (Portrait Rights and Privacy)
1. If individuals other than the applicant are identifiable in the photo, the applicant must obtain prior consent from those individuals for the Company to use the photo for purposes outlined in Section 8. If minors are included, prior consent must be obtained from their legal guardians.
2. The Company may apply processing such as blurring to faces, license plates, name tags, or other identifying elements as necessary.

8. Intellectual Property Rights and License
1. Copyright of the submission generally remains with the applicant.
2. The applicant grants the Company a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the submission as follows:
o Purpose of use: Publication on the Company intranet (including internal materials), websites, official social media, printed materials, videos, and other communication materials; provision to media organizations and publication in external information media
o Method of use: Display, reproduction, public transmission, adaptation (including editing such as cropping, color correction, blurring, adding text), and summarization
o Period and territory: Unlimited period / worldwide
3. The applicant agrees not to exercise moral rights related to the submission against the Company or any party designated by the Company. The applicant also agrees not to raise objections to any selection, editing, modification, or combination of the submitted content for publication or use.
4. The Company may publish the applicant’s display name (real name or nickname), location, and job category.

9. Disclaimer
Applicants are responsible for their own submissions. In the event of any claims, demands, or disputes from third parties arising from a submission, the applicant shall resolve such matters at their own responsibility and expense.

10. Handling of Personal Information
1. The Company will use personal information provided by applicants (such as name and email address) for the following purposes, and may combine it with other information obtained separately:
o Communication and confirmation regarding submissions
o Operation of the Program and communication related to publication
o Handling inquiries
2. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the applicant’s consent, except where required by law. However, personal information may be shared with contractors for outsourcing purposes. In such cases, the Company will ensure appropriate management and handling of personal information by such contractors.
3. For other matters regarding personal information, please refer to the Yamaha Motor Group Global Privacy Policy.
